Square silk twill scarves. Designed by me in Aberdeen, the scarves are expertly printed and hemmed in England, with hand-finished machine rolled edges. Scarves are dry clean only and are delivered wrapped in tissue paper and cotton dustbags. This design is available in two sizes:

CandySpike is a series of Mimi Hammill patterns for 2021 that represent the sequence of nucleotides for a certain novel zoonotic virus you might have heard of. The pattern illustrates a tiny section of the viral genetic code (the first part of location MT649402.1 to be precise) for the virus’ infamous spike protein. The spike protein is the bit that vaccines are “teaching” our immune systems to recognise. So the spike protein is kind of a big deal and well worth immortalising in beautiful colours.
