Shipping Methods

How will my item be wrapped?
Silks are neatly wrapped in a cotton dust bag and mailed in a cardboard postal box. Other items are wrapped in tissue and mailed in recycled brown paper parcels, recyclable mailer bags, or kraft cardboard mailer boxes.

How much will postage and packaging cost?
The flat-rate UK delivery charge is £3 for the first item, and an extra 50p for each item thereafter. Items are sent using Royal Mail's *Signed For Second Class service.
I cannot currently ship to the European Union. If you're based elsewhere and would like to make a purchase, please get in touch and I'll send you a delivery quote directly.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Unless your item has been made-to-order I will post all orders within 5 working days. Please add 2-3 working days for UK postage. If you need your item more quickly, please email me and I'll do everything I can to get it to you as soon as possible. *During this time of pandemic uncertainty, delivery times may take longer than expected, but I will do everything possible to deliver your purchases in good time.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I really hope that you love your purchase but, if for any reason you change your mind, you may return any unused item in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that I can only refund the cost of the items, return postage will be the buyer's responsibility. Contact me for my return address and I'll send you more details.
