THE GUERRILLISSIMA COLLECTION
This is a series of patterns inspired by some of the many shapes and colours I photographed at the 2018 Venice Architectural Biennale. The more I worked on the patterns the more they took on a camouflage vibe, so I asked the amazing photographer, Susan Castillo, to illustrate the scarves’ mischievous, anarchic side. While they’re rooted in Venice, La Serenissima, they’re resisting all attempts at preservation and decorum.
